I agree with the new rules you are seeking.  All fees on any purchase or sale should be 
clearly stated. Any broker or sales person should state how much of the transaction fees 
goes to the selling party.  The total amount of fees should be disclosed for each purchase 
or sale.  No fancy wording (lawyer talk) should be allowed to confuse or misrepresent what 
and where the fees are going.

Of course all these rules and regulations don't mean a thing if you do not police the 
rules.  The government needs to keep a very watchful eye or these dishonorable and unsavory 
people will still crawling out from under the rocks.
