It has just come to my attention that the SEC has proposed new rules Filenumber S7-06-04 which could have the unintended consequence of substantially adding to the burden and cost of my business. I respectfully ask that you extend the comment period for at least 30 days so that I may have an opportunity to more carefully review its impact on my business.
