I have just become aware of this proposed ruling. It appears there may be substantial unintended consequences in its current form. I request you please extend the period of comments so this can be studied further by those of us who have to live with these rules. It appears that, as it stands, this could do more consumer harm than good - as has been the case with some other previous rulings. Please extend the comment period for at least another 30 days. Thank you for your consideration.
