I thoroughly agree with the proposed changes. I never buy an article of clothing, or groceries, etc. without knowing in advance how much the article costs. Why should mutual funds be allowed to hide the costs we incur? Given the Canary fund fiasco and its very wide aftermath, its about time these changes take place. And finally: the mutual fund industry has only itself to blame.
