We have just recently become aware of these proposed new rules which will have a major impact on our business. The adoption of these proposed rules may have substantial unintended consequences for independent B/Ds and their registered reps.
We have not had a reasonable opportunity to review this proposal and are therefore requesting the comment period please be extended for an additional 30 days. Thank you for your consideration.
