I would like to convey my opposition to the proposed elimination of the 
Financial Data Schedule from Edgar filings.  I use the Spredgar program 
which uses the FDS to automatically format the information into an Excel 
spreadsheet, giving  me many financail ratios.  This is a big time saver 
and an important part of my investing activities.  Please keep the FDS 
in Edgar  filings.
