I do not believe that this approach will help the mutual fund industry in any way. Allowing only non-funding holding chairman would not help the problems that are facing the industry today. There are many ways that the mutual fund industry can be improved. Applying simplistic solutions to complex problems is not one of them. Please do not approve any legislation that would allow this to happen.
