To whom it may concern:

I've already lost my company and plenty of money due to the lack of regulation in the OTCBB and pinksheets from naked short selling.

Rules must be changed! Please stop naked short selling! NASD Rule 3360 immediately needs to include OTCBB and Pinksheet securities.
