This letter is in regards to supporting the requirement, that short trading, and the records of such, be maintained for ALL securities.
The NASD rule 3360, needs to be changed to reflect this.
It is of my opinion, that one matter could be changed to help the investor of securities. This change would require, that the buyer of stocks, have those stocks listed at the brokerage in the buyers name.
This would require the elimination of placing stocks in STREET NAME.
