Dear Mr. Katz -

This note is in regards to SEC File No. 4-500. Request for rule making regarding member records of "short" positions and reporting and public dissemination of aggregate positions by security.

I am asking that you please amend Rule 3360 as requested in the above mentioned file. Short trading records should be maintained for every publicly traded security. Pink Sheet and OTCBB stocks deserve the same rules concerning short selling as all stocks listed on the other exchanges. Without this rule change, it is impossible to prevent the fraudulent market manipulation that occurs on these exchanges. All investors deserve this protection regardless of the exchange upon which we trade.
