I agree. I was at one time a CPO/CTA; now just a humble individual investor trying, in retirement and in old age, to supplement my income by trading pink sheet (penny) stocks. I could never understand how the down ticks - for really depressed issues - dominate the market. Now I know - thanks to your information. Nearly Gold Thanks again,
