As an American taxpayer, voter, and investor, I would like to see the amendment of NASD Rule 3360. I believe that short sale positions on OTC stocks should be reported just as stocks listed on established exchanges and NASDAQ. I would also like to see enforcement of Reg SHO beyong just reporting. Naked shorting is rampant and distorting our equity markets! Matthew Zobian |
