I am writing to voice my support for the Request for Rulemaking Regarding Member Records of "Short" Positions and Reporting and Public Dissemination. I have been trading with E Trade and have questions about E Trade brokers selling naked shorts in SIRI, ALTI, LU, GORX, DAL, XDSL, AMD, SUNW, RHAT, NVDA, and OSFT, now NNGY. I would be happy to help in any way to help in any investigation of E Trade.
