To whom it may concern,
I am not aware of all the danger associated with Naked Short Selling but if it drives companies out of business and forces the losses of unwitting investors it cannot be fair and should be made illegal immediately. I currently have a relatively small position in "QBID", however, there is a very strong belief this company is the continued victim of this very activity. It is threatening the stability of the company and the confidence of the investors. If left to continue this company will go out of business and all the investors will lose their entire investment. How can this be legal??
Please take immediate actions to put in place the proper law(s) to stop and to prosecute those participating in this activity.
