re: SEC File No. 4-500. Request for Rulemaking Regarding Member Records of "Short" Positions and Reporting and Public Dissemination of Aggregate Positions by Security.
To whom it may concern,
Blatnet manipulation of the Pink SHeets and OTCBB has been going on far too long and small investors are getting hurt by Manipulation. Daily share volume that often exceed 4-5 time the authorized shares alloowed by companies and very frequently 15 times the actual Outstanding amount.
Please, regulate the market and help the small investor and the small companies. The SHO list is not taken seriously by any Market Makers and many companies have been on the Short list and not matching the trades for over 3 months! Enough is enough!
