To whom it may concern, I am a relatively new investor, and have minimal experience with publicly traded companies. I have lost a little confidence in investing in stocks because of what I believe to be short-selling. I do not want to continue investing in a market with such a large problem that is unregulated in the pink sheet markets. While it is true that I could invest in reporting companies, I believe that if a company is traded by the public in any form of stock, it should be protected from the negative effects of short-selling. Will the NASD Rule 3360 ever be ammended to include pink sheets? sincerely concerned, James Corning |
