I would like to add my two cents worth on the subject of short selling on the pink sheets. Since I have a lot of stock on the pink sheets, I guess all my opinion is worth is two cents …. (sigh! Bad pun, sorry)
When certain market makers and fund managers secretly manipulate a company’s stock by short selling, covering, short selling, covering (sometimes millions of shares a day), we small investors are unfairly treated. We are not even allowed to compete in this practice.
I understand a bill is being put forth to prevent or regulate this. If so, please support it.
