Dear SEC rule-makers: As a medium sized investor, please make NASDAQ rules that all NASD broker dealers maintain records of all with short positions, as is done for all long positions. Furthermore, please make NYSE and NASDAQ account for short positions daily, just as done for long positions. A computer software change could improve this transparency.
