Subject: SEC File No. 4-500

My husband and I have been investors in the stock market for 30 years and had built a nice retirement account. Because of naked short sellers, that account is now almost zero. I find it hard to believe that in a country such as ours, robbery is allowed and the robbers are allowed to flourish. For that reason, I am writing in support of the change to NASD Rule 3360. It’s time for the SEC to do their job and start protecting investors.

“Pink Sheets has petitioned the SEC to cause the amendment of NASD Rule 3360 and require NASD broker dealers to maintain a record of total "short" positions in all customer and proprietary firm accounts in all publicly traded equity securities as well as report this information to the NASD for public dissemination of the short positions by security.”

Yours truly,
