I have recently started trading on the Pink Sheets, Ticker symbol LEAT. I have always been concerned for our company’s investors share value with regards to unscrupulous shorting of stock. I would encourage any regulatory response to this problem, particularly SEC File No. 4-500. Request for Rulemaking Regarding Member Records of "Short" Positions and Reporting and Public Dissemination of Aggregate Positions by Security. I look forward to the added value this will give to our investor’s position on the Pink Sheets and the exchange as a whole.
