I support the petion for SEC no.4-461. 

I am disgusted by the patronizing practiced by upper management of Americas 
leading corporations. When times get tough and cutbacks of all kinds are 
required they pretend to share in the pain. Few people appreciate the fact 
that executive America's compensation packages are far different then the 
general work force. Increases in benefits and loses in bonuses and 401K do 
not affect them in the same way. They need to be responsible and accept that 
they are not so special as to command outlandish compensation  or to be 
tempted to look the other way when questionable practices are suggested.
