Please add our group in support of the Request for Rulemaking To Amend
Rule 14a-8(i) To Allow Shareholder Proposals To Elect Directors: SEC
Rulemaking Petition File No. 4-461.  The proposed revision submitted by
Les Goldberg and James McRitchie would restore the original private
property right of a shareholder to his proportionate share in the
control of the modern business corporation in a way that would promote
greater accountability and transparency in publicly traded companies and
advance greater investment confidence in our secutities markets.
