I ask you to support current amendment being put forward to allow shareholders 
a stake in the selection of members of Board of directors. As a shareholder who 
has lost half of my net worth since 1999, I deem it necessary to have a choice of 
selecting directors who are going to take an interest in the individual shareholders 
welfare and not be a rubber stamp for CEOs.
