From: Jay Hill Sent: Thursday, September 12, 2002 10:14 AM Subject: (No. 4-461) I whole-heartedly support the Petition for Rulemaking (No. 4-461) submitted by the Committee of Concerned Shareholders. The system in place today does not represent a true election. How can it be considered an election if there is no alternative candidates? Furthermore, if an alternative slate of directors is submitted (which is extremely rare), a dissident shareholder must use his/her own funds vs. corporate resources. It's an entirely unfair system.
