Subject: Proxy Rules Amendments (s7-10-03)

As an investor and avid newspaper reader, I have been extremely disappointed 
with the way corporate America has been running. I applaud the SEC for considering 
changes in the proxy voting system. I whole-heartedly support any amendments the 
SEC would institute in order to give shareholders a greater say in the selection 
of directors and the management of companies. 

Thank you for considering amendments that would help achieve these goals.
