Subject: Increasing Proxy Access

I understand that you are considering how/whether to allow shareholders to 
elect our own representatives to boards of directors. I believe that this 
would be a wonderful way to ensure greater participation and fuller disclosure 
as there would be more transparency if such a procedure would be implemented. 
As a small investor, who is concerned about excessive rewards for poor results, 
I would like to have the opportunity to know the names of the director candidates
