The issue of outrageous performance by public corporation officers is finally 
becoming apparent to the general public and shareholders.  Future participation 
by shareholders in the choice of the corporate director, and other directors and 
officers of corporations now becomes a necessity.   This as a result of these 
expositions of poor performance, downgrading manipulations of employee benefits, 
and severe loss of profits to their special benefits and bonuses.
