They were able to do anything they wanted because there are no means for shareholders to have meaningful input on almost any level. The board supports the management and the management supports the board so there are no checks and balances as they are mutually dependent upon each other for their jobs. There needs to be a way for shareholders to have more control over who and how the company is run. Please do something to change this inequity. Donelle Nieman
