To whom it may concern, 

It has come to my attention that the SEC will be reviewing its rules. 

Please  review the proxy rules in light of the recent revelations regrding 
CEO's abuse and Corporate fraud. 

As a shareholer I would appreciate the ability to have additional input and 
insight into the companies that I invest. New rules that lift the veil of 
secrecy of corporate America would grealy enchance my trust in the system.
