To: "'kate.simpson@admc.com'" To Whom it May Concern, I would like to voice my opposition to the "Evangelical Christian Credit Unions" attempt to skirt the security laws that every other non-profit and for profit organization must obey. I belong to several non-profit organizations and we work very hard to maintain legal records and obtain donations in a legal manner. It is outrageous that this religious organization is on the edge of virtually money laundering. If they want to become stock brokers, fine, let them follow the standards and regulations of that institution and be taxed accordingly. Please deny them more special rights and priviledges that no other group could enjoy. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Kathryn A. Simpson 2122B 30th St San Diego, CA 92104
