As individual investors, we would like to express our opinion regarding the 
changes proposed in the SEC rulings.  We believe the shorting rules covering the
main exchanges should be extended to the stocks and and companies that trade on 
the OTCBB.  Also, the uptick rule should be kept in place for investor's 
protection against the "raids" of those who engage in the world of shorts.
