I am using the latest WORD format.
     
I want the SEC to pass a law that prohibits Market Makers from shorting a BB 
stock without having a place to short it from. They can throw the balance of 
supply and demand off very badly and do if for their own profit.  The 
consumers or investors have to be protected from them doing this.
     
I think it is unbelievable that Market Makers are still allowed to use naked 
shorts. It should be illegal for them to do this and they should be 
monitored and severly punished if they go against the law.
