I am writing in response to the shorting of stock issue on the 
OTC BB.  In my opinion,
     
This issue should be regulated making the investing playing field 
'even for all'.  The failure do so leaves us, the investing public, 
low man on the totem pole in a current trading environment wrought 
with manipulation and deceit.
     
It is time to take fraudlent activities head on and take another step 
and regulate shorts.  Please impose regulation to protect the 
investing public from fraudulent activities.
