Comments = A number of OTCBB stocks I hold have been subject to really blatant 
market maker manipulation.  This has not cost me money personally, as I have 
taken advantage of the artificially low prices created by manipulation to "load 
up" on the stocks in question, but I believe that less sophisticated investors 
have suffered greatly as a result.  Rules prohibiting naked shorting by market 
makers, and full disclosure of any short positions, can only help the average 
investor.
