For me to make money on the otc-bb I play the volatility the MM's create, also reducing the volatility would hurt volume. I'm glad the SEC is slow to react to investors who in my opinion should not be investing in the otc-bb. Those people who want a boring no thrills market should only invest in listed securities, however; those people invested in the otc-bb expecting massive gains, but don't want to have to deal with huge risks. Those people, now whiny victims, think this is a socialist country were everyone has the right to be good at things they aren't. Those people should accept responsibility for their actions. No one took their hands and made them press the buy button. I do not think the government should spend millions of dollars in litigation fighting MMs. Steve Stanbach 50 Pelican Bay Roselle, IL 60172
