I believe that I should have the same restrictions and freedoms that other participants in the market have. Specifically, to sell stocks and mainatain short positions on IPO's on openning day and to carry naked shorts and sell on down ticks as market makers and others do.. This would be an excellent way to reduce the rediculous volatility of tech IPO's in the openning week, volitility which is perhaps the grosest *and* most easily remideed in the market today. sincerely eric rudmin
