Dear Sir,
    As an investor, I believe it is negligent on your part to ignore the 
stock manipulation that occurs in some markets. I think that everyone is 
aware of the less than honest reputation the Vancouver exchange has.
    As an investor, I want and strongly urge that the shorting rules that 
currently cover the major exchanges ie: NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX be extended to 
cover all stocks and companies that trade on the OTCBB. Further, I woould 
like the uptick ruloe kept in place. sincerly, R Pitera
