Subject: short sales 

Dear Sirs:
     
I am writing to inform you that I would like a stop to naked short selling 
on the OTCBB and would like Market Makers to disclose their short positions 
as is  required for Nasdaq and NYSE stocks. This is regards to SEC proposal 
(Release No. 34-42037).
