My name is Harry Haugen. I am a private investor with the majority of my 
portfolio invested in the OTCBB. I enjoy researching small emerging 
companies and investing in them before they become widely known. I think 
small business is the backbone of the American Dream for the "little guy". 
Some Market Makers make lots of money preying on these companies and 
investors like myself by shorting stock and keeping prices artificially low 
through intimidation. We investors need your help! They say shorting keeps 
the market stable. That's a laugh! They look at us like lambs about to be 
slaughtered! Please require them to fully disclose any shorting they are 
involved in. Help level the playing field, and bring more confidence to the 
OTCBB so that volume will increase, and the price of a stock will reflect 
true demand. I wish we had a system similar to NASDAQ. Help us, or watch 
confidence in the OTCBB wither.
