Subject: Market Manipulation

My name is Randy Gooden and I wanted to let you know that it disgusts me 
that a company's stock value is not determined by what the company does in 
the marketplace but instead is determined by market makers who control the 
stock price artificially.  If a company makes prudent business decisions and 
forms alliances that increase share value, then that value should be 
reflected in the price.  We, as individual investors have no way of knowing 
if the price is based on the market makers are doing or if people know 
something we don't.  They should not have free reign.  They should be held 
accountable on the BB stocks as much as on every other board.
