Subject: Proposed SEC rule S7-24-99

Naked shorting of OTCBB stocks is downright criminal!  I appreciate the 
proposed rule and fully support it.
     
I own shares of INVT and am outraged the MM's can manipulate so 
obviously, with no penalties (until they are forced to cover).  We 
should be like the Frankfurt exchange an not permit naked shorting.
