Subject: short sales of stock

short selling of stock should be banned -- a person,stockbroker,market maker, or
anybody should not be able to sell anything they do not own. also the stocks 
being bought or sold should have price based on suppy and demand---if you deem 
that it(short selling) has to be done for the market being run smoothly it 
should be fully reported to the public by who ever is shorting so buyers and 
sellers know what is going on to make their decisions on their making a 
transaction. this should be all markets including the otcbb
