You will create a chaotic market with all the new short positions that only the savy will be able to get away with. A bad rule. A bad idea. And who will be the storehouse of data? Who will be liable for that? This has to be the least thought out proposal I have ever heard from the SEC. What's going on? This proposed rule now makes the SEC itself suspect of corruption.
