Directions:

The SEC’s New York Regional Office is located at 200 Vesey Street, Brookfield Place (formally 3 World Financial Center).  The building is located in southern Manhattan at the intersection of Vesey Street and the West Highway, immediately across the West Highway from 1 World Trade Center.

Transportation:

The office is easily accessible using MTA subway and bus services, as well as PATH (to World Trade Center) and New York Waterway Hudson River Ferry (to World Financial Center).

Area Parking:

Parking is very limited in the area.  As a result, it is highly recommended that public transportation be utilized to access the office.

Arrival Instructions:

  • Upon entering the building from the Vesey Street entrance, go to the right of the staircase to the ID Badging office. You are registered with the badging office to receive your building ID badge.
  • Upon receiving your ID, proceed from the street level to the lobby level (via escalator or stairs), and proceed to the turnstiles to the right. 
  • Once through the turnstiles, please proceed up the escalator two levels to the 4th floor where the SEC Reception desk is located.

There is a cafeteria located within the building, as well as numerus dining establishments

What to Bring with You (if not already submitted):

  1. Applicable State Tax Form
  2. Pen and notepad for writing notes
  3. All applicable printed and completed forms obtained through the new employee orientation web site
  4. Acceptable forms of identification – either a valid passport; OR, a valid driver's license AND birth certificate; OR, a valid driver's license AND social security card. Refer to the instructions on Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Certification, and choose from List A or Lists B AND C
  5. Form DD-214 or equivalent, if appropriate
  6. Documents validating your college education if not already verified by an original diploma, transcripts, or other statement from a school official
