What:     Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement
          Director Richard H. Walker and U.S. Attorney Mary
          Jo White will hold a joint press conference at 12
          noon today, June 14th, with Assistant Director in
          Charge of the New York Office of the FBI Barry W.
          Mawn to announce the largest securities fraud
          action in history.  The case involves more than
          100 defendants including members and associates of
          five organized crime families.
