SEC Announces Moderators and Panelists for Roundtable Discussion of Financial Disclosure and Auditor Oversight in Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C., March 5, 2002 — The Securities and Exchange Commission today released the following list of moderators and panelists for its March 6 roundtable discussion of financial disclosure and auditor oversight in Washington, D.C.:
