SEC Announces Moderators and Panelists for Roundtable Discussion of Financial Disclosure and Auditor Oversight in NYC

Washington, D.C., March 1, 2002 – The Securities and Exchange Commission today released the following list of moderators and panelists for its March 4 roundtable discussion of financial disclosure and auditor oversight in New York City.

Improving Financial Disclosure (10:00 a.m. - noon)

Assuring Adequate Oversight of Auditing (2:00 - 4:00 p.m.)

The roundtable discussion will take place in the Astor Room of the Inter-Continental The Barclay New York. The hotel is located at 111 E. 48th Street.
