Commission Voluntarily Dismisses All Claims Against Former Officers of TenFold Corporation

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced that on December 19, 2005, the United States District Court for the District of Utah entered an order dismissing with prejudice all remaining claims in this action against defendants Gary D. Kennedy, Robert P. Hughes, Stanley G. Hanks and Wynn K. Clayton. The District Court's order was based upon the Commission's motion to voluntarily dismiss its claims against these defendants.
