FINAL JUDGMENT SETTING DISGORGEMENT AND IMPOSING CIVIL PENALTY AGAINST DEFENDANT JOHN DELPRINCE AND DISMISSING CLAIMS FOR DISGORGEMENT AND PENALTIES AGAINST DEFENDANT OLD DOMINION SECURITIES

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced that on October 26, 2004, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida entered a Final Judgment Setting Disgorgement and Imposing Civil Penalty against Defendant John Delprince. The Final Judgment orders Delprince to pay the sum of $125,043.77, representing disgorgement of $57,411.81, prejudgment interest of $10,220.96, and civil penalty of $57,411, within thirty (30) days. In addition, the Final Judgment dismisses the Commission's claims for disgorgement and civil penalty against Defendant Old Dominion Securities.
