FINAL DEFAULT JUDGMENT OF PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND OTHER RELIEF ENTERED AGAINST ENRICO CORTESANO

The Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") announced that on May 13, 2004, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida entered a Final Default Judgment of Permanent Injunction and Other Relief ("Final Judgment") against Defendant Enrico Cortesano ("Cortesano"). The Final Judgment, entered by default, enjoins Cortesano from violations of Sections 5(c), 17(a) and 20(c) of the Securities Act of 1933. In addition to injunctive relief, the Final Judgment orders Cortesano to pay a civil penalty in the amount of $150,000.
